InboxAlly for agencies and deliverability consultants

InboxAlly does not offer a white-labeled version of the platform.

That said, InboxAlly is built to work well for agencies and deliverability consultants. Below are three common ways partners use InboxAlly with clients—depending on how hands-on you want to be and who should own the account.

Model 1: Affiliate program (client-owned accounts)

What it is

You refer clients to InboxAlly, and they create and manage their own InboxAlly account. You earn a 20% recurring commission for life on each referred customer (subscription-based, paid monthly as long as they remain a customer).

Who it’s for

  • Agencies/consultants who want a simple referral model
  • Teams that don’t want to manage client logins, billing, or day-to-day execution
  • Partners who want clients to choose the plan level that fits their needs

Model 2: Managed Sender Profiles (agency-managed under one account)

What it is

You manage multiple clients inside one InboxAlly account using Sender Profiles. Each client can have their own Sender Profile, and each profile can be assigned its own domain and/or IP address.

You can also use InboxAlly’s Reports and Dashboard to pull performance and results per client (for example, by Sender Profile and by provider).

Who it’s for

  • Agencies/consultants who want to run deliverability improvements as a managed service
  • Teams that prefer to keep execution centralized (no client onboarding into the app)
  • Partners managing multiple domains/brands and needing clean separation per client

  • Plus plans and above support 5+ Sender Profiles
  • Works with any email-sending service (ESP) you use to send campaigns

Model 3: Agency admin model (separate client accounts, agency-administered)

What it is

InboxAlly can be structured so you (the agency) administer separate client accounts, while clients can still access the InboxAlly platform themselves.

This is useful when clients want visibility (or to participate in setup and monitoring), but you still want to control configuration and ongoing management.

Who it’s for

  • Agencies/consultants working with clients who require their own account access
  • Engagements where the client’s internal team needs to see reporting and status
  • Partners who want clearer separation between clients for administration and permissions
