How does the free trial work?

By Eric J · Updated March 5th, 2026 · Getting Started

InboxAlly’s free trial is a 10-day, no-credit-card trial designed to help you set up InboxAlly, run a few real tests, and understand what the platform will do for your sending. During the trial, you can configure a sender, connect your sending method, and use core tools like the Setup Wizard, IA Assistant, Dashboard, and Placement Tester to evaluate inbox placement and reputation signals.

Start your free trial here: Start a free trial of InboxAlly

What you get in the 10-day free trial

Your trial gives you access to the InboxAlly platform so you can:

  • Set up a sender identity (via Sender Profiles and Sender Emails)
  • Use the Setup Wizard to connect InboxAlly to your ESP or sending setup
  • Send test campaigns and have InboxAlly’s seed emails interact with them (opens/clicks/moves to inbox) to help mailbox providers recognize your mail as wanted
  • Monitor results in the Dashboard and Reports
  • Run a Placement Tester to see inbox vs. spam placement across providers
  • Review Domain Reports to spot authentication/reputation issues
  • Use IA Assistant for guided, in-app recommendations and next steps

Trial limits (what to expect)

The trial includes limited daily volume and configuration capacity so you can evaluate the workflow without running a full-scale program. Specific limits (like daily seed sends or number of sender profiles) may vary over time—your account will show the current limits inside the app.

What the trial can (and can’t) accomplish

The free trial is best for learning the platform and validating your setup, not for fully repairing long-term deliverability issues.

The trial is ideal for: - Confirming InboxAlly works with your ESP/sending method - Running a few controlled sends to see inbox placement trends - Identifying obvious issues (authentication gaps, content red flags, list quality problems) - Learning how to read InboxAlly metrics (including your IA Score)

The trial is not enough for: - A complete deliverability turnaround if you have significant reputation damage - High-volume warmup or long-term reputation rebuilding (this typically requires more time and consistent sending)

If you want to plan a realistic ramp-up, use the free Email Warmup Planner: Email Warmup Planner

How to start the trial (fast setup)

  1. Create your account: Start a free trial of InboxAlly
  2. In the app, open the Setup Wizard and follow the prompts to connect your sending method.
  3. Create a Sender Profile and add your Sender Email(s).
  4. Send a small test campaign and review results in the Dashboard.
  5. Use IA Assistant to confirm your next best actions based on what InboxAlly is seeing.

Key features to try during the trial

To get the most value in 10 days, focus on these tools:

  • Setup Wizard: Ensures your configuration is correct so your tests are meaningful.
  • IA Assistant: Helps interpret what you’re seeing and suggests concrete next steps.
  • Placement Tester: Quickly checks inbox vs. spam placement across major providers.
  • Dashboard + Reports: Tracks performance and trends (including your IA Score).
  • Email Audit (if available in your trial): Flags deliverability risks in setup/content/sending patterns.
  • Email List Verification: Validate a small sample of your list before sending to reduce bounces and protect reputation.

Tip: If you suspect content is part of the problem, you can also use the free tools on inboxally.com: - Email Spam Checker - Email Content Tester

What happens when the trial ends

When the 10 days are up, trial access expires. If you upgrade, your existing setup (like Sender Profiles, configuration, and historical results) carries over so you can continue without starting from scratch.

How to upgrade to a paid plan

To upgrade, log in to your InboxAlly account and choose a plan from the billing/upgrade area. Your account will switch to paid immediately, and you can continue using the same sender setup and data.
